SHAD top cases carry a warranty against manufacturing defects or workmanship for a period of 24 months from date of purchase. In order to claim any warranty a copy of or original invoice from dealer must be presented.
Damage resulting from accidents, wear and tear or misuse is not covered under this warranty. If it is determined the product has been misused, dealer and or distributor have the right to waive any warranty.
Under this warranty, the customer may have the dealer or distributor replace those components deemed necessary to repair any defects to the case.
